I’m a Senior/Lead UX/UI & Product Designer with 17+ years of experience turning complex requirements into clear, intuitive digital experiences. I’ve worked across native mobile apps, web apps, fintech, SaaS, eCommerce, geospatial tools and data-heavy products, partnering with brands including Domain, CSIRO/Data61, Credit Savvy and Carpet Court.

My workflow is becoming increasingly AI-native. I use tools like ChatGPT and Claude to accelerate research synthesis, ideation, benchmarking, concept exploration and challenge assumptions early. I also use Cursor and Claude to help turn ideas into more functional prototypes, giving teams something more tangible to test and discuss sooner.

AI helps me move faster, but the quality still comes from years of product judgement, UX thinking and design craft. I know when an idea needs simplifying, when a pattern feels wrong, when a user flow is carrying too much friction and when the output needs more human thinking rather than more automation.

I’m equally comfortable leading greenfield 0-1 projects, building design systems, refining complex user journeys or working closely with developers to get polished, production-ready design shipped properly.
